reality of india...part 1

i just wonder....!!!
this can happen only in India....

now this is something you must have seen at hell lot of places in india...
but isnt it so sad or rather so strange that these things still happen even when people say India is shining...

well am talking about a shop..
next time when you are a k.m or so before Ashram crossing in Delhi (Mathura road side)...you'll see a small shop..
that is supposed to be government's some initiative to provide milk n milk products 24*7...
now thats not a assumption,that it is supposed to provide this kind of service..i know my country's government and how they work...
so its not an asumption and instead of the name of the shop,its writtn yeh dukaan hamesha khuli hoti h(this shop remains open always)..

BUT the irony is...i have never seen its shutters pulled up...
its been more than 3 years i hav been using that route and mind u,never in these 3 years seen this shop open..be it morning time.afternoon.evening or late evenings..
never at all its shutters are open...

now thats what real india is...
i just wonder how many more years will it "actually" take us to grow or rather our government's to grow.....!!!
